Strateji, askeri güç ile siyasi amaçlar arasındaki köprü ve devletler için zorunlu bir pratiktir. Peki, strateji "sadece" rasyonel hesaplarla mı inşa edilir? Kültürün bu inşa sürecindeki rolü nedir?

Strateji ve Kültür Okuma Grubu'nda, stratejik davranışın ardındaki nedeni anlamak üzere bir yolculuğa çıkıyoruz. Stratejinin ontolojisinden başlayıp stratejik kültür literatürüne ve oradan da somut vaka analizlerine uzanan bu programda; teoriyi, tarihi ve pratiği birlikte tartışacağız.

Oturumlar, haftada bir KÜME Vakfı'nda yüz yüze gerçekleştirilecektir. Katılımcıların konuya ilgi duyması, okumaları yürütecek düzeyde İngilizce bilmeleri, her oturum öncesinde belirlenen metinleri okumaları ve tartışmalara aktif biçimde katkı sunabilecek hazırlığı yapmaları beklenmektedir.
